Joe Saucer, owner and operator of JS2 Cattle, is a dedicated local rancher who practices regenerative agriculture. His family has been raising cattle in Seminole County since the 1970s, with deep roots in Oviedo and now Geneva. Over the years the herd has evolved and grown, always focused on quality and care. Today, JS2 Cattle provides beef that is pasture‑raised without added hormones, steroids, or antibiotics, and finished with the nutrition needed for flavor and marbling. He believes the best cattle are grown and finished on clean, diverse pastures—producing beef that is as wholesome as it is flavorful.
