Today, JS2 Cattle provides beef that is pasture‑raised without added hormones, steroids, or antibiotics, and finished with the nutrition needed for flavor and marbling. He believes the best cattle are grown and finished on clean, diverse pastures—producing beef that is as wholesome as it is flavorful.
